ReachX is hiring for an Interim Capital Markets Sales Team Lead to support our client, a financial solutions advisory company which provides liquidity, collateral and capital financing solutions to banks and other financial institutions, via standardised secured lending structures. 

 

While our client is predominantly UK based the role has the ability to be based across different locations including: Canada, Latam, Asia, Europe, UK. 
 

The core requirement for the role is to identify and sell structured notes to institutional investors. Core buyers are expected to be money mkt funds and repo collateral users.

 

Candidates should have a previous background in one of the following areas i) money market ii) repo / sec lending iii) derivatives or iv) insurance (London, Bermuda) collateral background.
 

Key qualifications needed for the role include: 

  • Experience in leading securities sales team at major investment bank/IB, ideally in short-term fixed income 
  • Good relationships with major institutional investors in short term fixed income 
  • Ability to position product against needs of investor at senior level; familiarity with securities lending and opportunity for yield enhancement 
  • Ability to build book based on feedback from investors 
  • Ability to select, manage and motivate talent 
  • Ability to input into marketing and strategy of the first Structured Note and subsequent Structured Note issues
