Corporate Finance Advisor: Horizontal Farming

ReachX is hiring for Corporate Finance Advisor to support with a greenfield horizontal farming project in Europe.

The project is expected to last between 6 months to 1 year and the successful advisor will need to have a strong background in strategy consulting and corporate finance.

Key deliverables of the project include:

• Prepare pitch deck
• Prepare Virtual Data Room (VDR)
• Prepare target list

Essential experience includes:

• Experience with agritech / food tech and project finance
• Corporate Finance and Fundraising experience
• German speaking
