Interim Investor Relations (Family Offices and Food Tech)

An internationally recognised Private Equity Firm is now looking for an Interim Investor Relations Professional to support the a €250M fundraise. The company is based in London but this project can be conducted remotely with flexible work options anywhere across the UK or Europe. 

The fundraise is as part of a high-profile food tech fund also based across Europe. 

The core responsibilities of the Interim Investor Relations Consultant include   

• Working with Family Offices  

• Communicating details of the food tech company 

• Support fundraising activities, and building relationships with existing and new investors for the business 

• Oversee the preparation of marketing materials, proposals/pitch documents 

• Lead the preparation of proposals 

Previous experience required for the role: 

• Experience working with family offices 

• Experience working in Private Equity 

• Experience as an Investor Relations Professional  

• Experience working with food tech (not essential) 

The role will be offered as an interim project to last at the discretion of the successful applicant, expectation is 3 months but this can be extended if required.  

The role also pays a highly competitive remuneration package which include consultant fees and a success fee.
