ReachX is hiring for an Interim Corporate Finance Advisor to support our client who is an established crypto trading platform. The company is making 10-15m revenues and is based in Switzerland.The crypto trading platform is looking for a UK based Corporate Finance Advisor to help support them with fundraising.Core responsibilities

• 10M equity raise for a crypto trading platform

Previous experience required:

• Experience executing deals
• Experience working from a top consulting or investment banking background
• Understanding of trading platforms and/or exposure of crypto

The successful advisor will be paid a Retainer + Success Fee

• Remote working
• Flexible working
